Microsoft has a new ergonomic keyboard, but it’s expensive and made by Incase

Incase has introduced a new ergonomic keyboard designed by Microsoft, priced at $119.99. This wireless keyboard features a split, contoured design with a cushioned palm rest and a dedicated Copilot button. It utilizes ultra-responsive scissor keys with 1.3mm travel and can connect to up to three devices via Bluetooth. Powered by two AAA batteries, it boasts a battery life of up to 36 months.

This development follows Microsoft’s 2023 decision to discontinue its non-surface accessories line, leading to a collaboration with Incase to continue producing accessories using Microsoft’s designs and components. The keyboard, along with other Microsoft-designed accessories from Incase, is expected to be released in early 2025.
In terms of pricing, the Incase ergonomic keyboard is competitive with similar models like Logitech’s Ergo K860, which is priced at $129.99 and is more affordable than higher-end options such as the Nuio Flow and ZSA Voyager, both costing $365.

For those interested in exploring other ergonomic keyboard options, here are some recommendations:
